Shipping Carriers & Services
Currently servicing U.S Orders only: Shipped from our warehouse in Orlando, Florida. Most are sent via USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. Unless specified, our system will automatically choose a carrier when your order is processed, depending on the size/weight of your order. Orders above a certain value may be subject to requiring a signiture for delivery.
International Orders: We are currently only servicing the United States but anticipate opening up to international markets by October 2025.
Customs & Duties
Manager Toys is not responsible for customs, duties, or import fees for receiving your order. Customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Backorders & Preorders
If your order contains an item that is on pre-order or backorder, it may not ship right away or it may be automatically split into multiple shipments.
