Refund policy

We do have a 30 day return policy, which means we offer returns for online orders within 30 days of your purchase. The return must be initiated via the below process before sending the item(s) back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or order number (found in the e-mail confirmation sent to you at the time of purchase). 

To start a return, please contact us at info@mangertoys.com. In the subject line of the e-mail, please indicate that you are making a return and include the order number. Please include in the e-mail which item(s) you are returning and why you are returning them.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please include in the return all of the items purchased, including the lesson plans.

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by carrier issues including weather, natural disasters, mechanical issues, or staffing delays. In such cases, we are not responsible for delayed delivery. 

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), and timing is subject to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier network delays

  • Mechanical or staffing issues

Carrier Delays

If a shipment is marked by the carrier as “In Transit,” “Moving Through Network,” or “Arriving Late,” the order is considered active and not lost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including weather-related disruptions.

In these cases:

*We kindly ask customers to allow up to 30 additional business days beyond the original estimated delivery date.

*No refunds or replacements are issued while the package is still in transit.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is confirmed by the carrier as:

*Lost

*Returned to sender

*Undeliverable

We will gladly offer one of the following options:

*A replacement shipment (subject to product availability)

*A refund to the original payment method

*Store credit

Claims may be initiated after the carrier’s required waiting period has passed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Easy Returns

We will gladly accept returns of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with the e-mail request, with the order confirmation # included, from mangertoys.com for a refund within 30 days of purchase. A $7.00 return fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee is used to pay a portion of the return label and shipping fee, we will cover the remaining fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

If packages are returned to Manger, LLC because of an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the redelivery cost. Manger, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Manger, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry Manger, LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect delivery location provided by the customer

  • Packages left unattended after delivery

If you believe there is an issue, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
